We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. All goods sold are subject to the prices ruling at the time of ordering. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment.
Payment with Debit/Credit cards
We accept these major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, Maestro and American Express.
Debit/credit cards are accepted without surcharge except American Express which is subject to a 3% surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in police notification.
Halo Lighting Ltd recognises the importance of security regarding the credit card information you send over the Internet. Hence all our credit card transactions are done using Protx VSP secured server. This secure sever utilises industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that our customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
Once on Protx systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Protx hold is extremely secure and is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
No individuals within Protx or Halo Lighting Ltd are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

Other payment options including personal cheque, Postal Order and direct bank transfer are then available and the relevant information will be communicated at the time. Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.
Order Acceptance
We may refuse to accept your orders if we feel you have intentionally supplied us with false or incorrect information.
