Barcode is a combined bar and nightclub. Our client asked for a spectacular lighting system for the dance floor. Our solution was to combine the classic mirror ball with high-powered LED lighting.
A total of 59 suspended mirror balls form a glistening, mirrored ceiling. These are illuminated with a matrix of 30 individually controlled LEDs 'heads'. Each head consists of either 9 or 12 x 1W LEDs. The system is computer controlled to allow pre-programmed sequences of different light and colour patterns to be played across the surfaces of the revolving mirror balls.
